Roy Szeto presents a comedy drama based on the play "Nukegara" by Norihiko Tsukuda. The film, which began as an award-winning Hong Kong stage adaptation of the story, was shown at the Udine Far East Film Festival 2017. Headlining the quirky laffer is Hong Kong favourite Louis Koo as a film director undergoing a series of crises in life alongside Francis Ng, who was nominated for Best Actor at the 36th Hong Kong Film Awards for his demanding role as a man who experiences reverse aging.

Troubles keep piling up for washed-out movie director Tian Lik-hang (Koo). His wife wants a divorce, his film company has gone bankrupt and his mother has died. On top of this, he must now take care of his 79-year-old dementia-ridden father, Yat-hung (Ng).

In the midst of his struggles, his father starts shedding skin and each day it occurs, Yat-hung looks ten years younger. With the age difference between father and son decreasing, Lik-hang and Yat-hung grow closer. They spend more time together, hanging out at a football stadium they used to frequent and Yat-hung even helping frighten off thugs who corner Lik-hang over debts.

As time passes, Lik-hang gets to know a father he had forgotten, one who struggled to make a better life for his family.  And with this deeper understanding, he reflects on his own career, marriage and family with a newfound passion.
