In 2011, thirteen dead bodies of Chinese shipmen are found on the Mekong River, blindfolded and hands tied. The Thai military also discovers 900 thousand units of crystal meth on two Chinese merchant vessels. The Chinese government assigns Officer Ko (Zhang Hanyu) and his team to investigate the case in Thailand.

Tea field owner and intelligence officer Fong (Eddie Peng) knows that the meth found on the vessels belong to a kingpin’s gang member but have now been planted on the Chinese shipmen. The mastermind behind the crime is Naw Khar (Pawarith Monkolpisit), a notorious kingpin with a strong military force, who operates in and out of the Golden Triangle. Together, Thailand, Laos, Burma and China launch a joint task force to hunt him down. As Ko and his team infiltrate Naw Khar’s troop, hoping to take down the stronghold, Fong lays a trap as an undercover, not realizing Naw Khar has uncovered his true identity. In the ensuing firefight, Naw Khar’s military force eliminates most of Ko’s men.

In the aftermath of Fong’s misguided intelligence, Ko discovers Fong’s untold secret and his true intention in the field. Can Ko unveil the Golden Triangle’s iron curtain and seek justice for the shipmen?
